If you are an existing DirigoChoice employer call HPHC at 1-877-213-5225 or vist their website for the following:

• Claims
• Benefits
• Billing
• Changes to name, address, e-mail, or phone number
• Adding/removing dependents
• Qualifying life events (marriage, divorce, birth, death, adoption)
• Cancellation of coverage
• Renewal materials

• Discount information
• Updates on receipt of renewal packets
• Payment receipt information
• Adding existing employees to coverage (outside of renewal cycle)
